David is the Lead Pastor at Journey Church of Lenexa. He has shared the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout  the world. David is excited as  steps into this new phase of ministry with Journey Church of Lenexa, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with the community.  Pastor David and his wife, Theresa, have been blessed with two wonderful sons, Austin and Houston St. John.

Pastor David is the eighth child of 13.  He was raised in Kentucky and Virginia.  After graduating high school, he went into the Army where he led two of his army friends to the Lord and began a group, the Singing MPs, later to be called The Victorymen.   They travelled throughout Germany, England, Scotland, and France before coming back to the United States.  They continued to fulfill their passion for the Lord in holding crusades and revivals across America.  Pastor David was greatly used as a Youth Camp speaker, Camp Meeting speaker, and a revivalist throughout his denomination.  David attended Lee University and was recently awarded with Doctorate of Divinity.  His passion is preaching about Jesus, and he is known for using humor in his messages.  He loves helping people reach their dreams and destiny and fulfill their God-given purpose.

David is driven in his walk with the Lord and desires most of all to win others to the Kingdom of God.
